SInce products are personalized, Ink Paperie will not accept returns.
What is there's a mistake on my card?
If the mistake was made by Ink Paperie we will be glad to reprint your cards for you.
Since we send you a digital proof and you need to approve it before it goes to print, Ink Paperie is not responsible for any spelling mistakes or any information that is not correct. It is your responsibility to proof your card and make sure that the spelling and information are correct.
Payments
Orders will only be placed after payments are processed.
Do you provide samples?
We do provide samples upon request. Samples may not be the exact card you're ordering, but we will send you the same paper and finishing that your card will be ordered in.
