Information you provide: When you order with Ink Paperie, we ask you for personal information, such as your name, address, email address, birth date, phone number, and billing information. We use your personal information for the following general purposes: to fulfill the products and services you request including the initial card customization, to customize the advertising and content you see, to contact you for service or marketing related purposes, and to constantly improve our services.
We may also work with a third party to monitor certain pages of our website for the purpose of reporting website traffic and other advertising statistics. Where authorized by us, this third party may use cookies and/or other monitoring technologies to compile anonymous statistics about our website visitors.
Caution on Third Party Sites: Our privacy policy only applies to the Ink Paperie websites and services and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other websites that link from our websites, including those of our marketing partners and advertisers. Children's Information
Ink Paperie does not target its web site to children, and we will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children without obtaining prior verifiable parental consent. Our center of operation is in the United States. Your data is held in the United States and transactions are processed in US Dollars on servers in the United States. We use PayPal for payments. To process your payments, Paypal needs to share some of your personal information with Ink Paperie. Your contact information, date of sign-up, the number of payments you have received from verified PayPal users, and whether you have verified control of a bank account are provided to other PayPal users who you transact with through PayPal.
If you are buying goods or services and pay through PayPal, they may also provide Ink Paperie with your confirmed credit card billing address to help complete your transaction with us. Ink Paperie is not allowed to use this information to market their services to you unless you have agreed to it.
Ink Paperie may share information about you with us, such as your email address, when you attempt to pay that merchant. Paypal uses this information to confirm to that merchant that you are a PayPal customer and that the merchant should enable PayPal as a form of payment for your purchase.
Regardless, Paypal will not disclose your credit card number or bank account number to anyone you have paid or who has paid you through PayPal, except with your express permission or if PayPal is required to do so to comply with a subpoena or other legal process.

Our privacy policy may change from time to time. When we post changes to this privacy policy, we will revise the “effective date” at the top of this privacy policy.
