Ordering for Businesses

We offer a big variety of printed materials for businesses. The larger the quantity ordered the cheaper each item will be. You may request a quote by filling out the form in the business page. If you have your art work ready to print, we'll set it up for printing and send you a digital proof within 24 hours. Your order will be placed when the proof is approved and payment processed.

If you need help with the design, we'll be glad to offer you our design services at an affordable rate.

Our quotes include regular shipping costs (ground). If you need your materials faster, we'll be glad to provide you quotes for 2-day, 3-day and next day delivery.

Processing time for business usually takes 4 to 5 days on most items. Certain items such as stickers may take from 7 to 10 days.

Preview mode online ordering

For products offered online, you may place your order by filling out the form in the product page of your choice. Please be sure to fill out the entire form especially your e-mail and all the information required for the cards. Payment, during preview mode, is processed through Paypal. When you submit your order form, you will be immediatelly directed to the payment page. You may then add the item to your cart and continue shopping or you may finalize your payment. Your proof will be sent out to you in 24 hours and your order will be processed as soon as receive approval.

Will I receive a digital proof?

Yes, your proof will be sent to you within 24 hours. Upon receipt, please approve your proof immediately. For every day your approval is delayed, including any change requests, the delivery date of your order will be extended by the same amount of time. Please note that we cannot complete or print your order until your proof is approved.

How long does it take to receive my cards after I order them?

We count the first processing day starting at 12:01 am CST the business day after your order is placed. Thus, for an order placed at 5:00 pm CST on Monday, Tuesday (if it is not a holiday) constitutes the first business day for calculating the processing time for that order.
Processing time usually takes 4-5 business days to process before shipping. If you select rush processing, your processing time will be reduced to 3 business days. This does not include shipping transit time.

How much does it cost for rush processing?

Rush processing costs $5.00 for products offered online. This does not apply for Business items. For Business rush we will give you a quote since it depends on the product you are ordering. Rush processing time does not include shipping transit time. Please note that rush processing is not available for some products. Look for the rush processing option on the product page and during checkout.
We also offer rush shipping for Business clients. We will send you a quote for rush shipping.

How do I check my order status?

We will e-mail you to let you know when your order is being printed and when it is shipped. You may always e-mail us at orders@inkpaperie.com to check on the status of your order.
